Rolling V Ranch WCID No. 3 Residents,

The District would like to provide an update on the groundwater system designed to supplement the existing water purchased from the City of Rhome.

Drilling is complete on all eight water wells, and construction of the transmission lines connecting the wells to the two water treatment facilities is underway. The water treatment facilities are under contract and on-site work is expected to begin in the coming weeks.   Unfortunately, the permanent water treatment facilities will not be completed by this summer. To meet demand during peak usage this summer, the District is constructing a temporary connection to allow treated ground water from the wells into the water distribution system. Engineering plans for this direct connection will be submitted for approval shortly.   We will continue to notify you as we reach key construction milestones. Thank you.
